Marking comments as done is only possible in Word 20 file formats. Top of Page Feature behavior changes Marking comments as done To run the Compatibility Checker, click File > Info, click Check for Issues > Check Compatibility, and then review any compatibility issues liste under Summary. Some of these features will be permanently changed if you convert the document to Word 2016 or 2013 format.
The Compatibility Checker lists elements in your Word 2013 or 2016 document that aren't supported or that behave differently in earlier versions of Word.
